this week the special is Blanquette de veau a l’ancienne served with rice
we owe this one to Laurent, for now nearly 4 years is been banging on about this dishe that is mother
used to cook for him in Paris, so we got chef Chris to try to replicate it (with more or less success…you can beat mum’s cooking”)
et voila…
i can see some of you enjoying it with a nice bottle of Pouilly-Fuisse from domaine Jeandeau or our Bourgogne pinot noir from our
friend JM Pillot…un regale…
