ROAST RUMP OF LAMB, COCO BEANS, GARLIC JUS

Hello hello

faithful follower…if any…anyway i like reading my post

this week special is roast rump of lamb, beautiful meat supplied by Bob ze butcher (barrett’s in england’s lane)

juicy, tender, tasty meat served with coco beans in tomato sauce and garlic jus.

a “tour de force” from chef Chris

with this we could stay classic and go for bordeaux wines, but beacause of the flavour and the sweetness of the dish

i recommended one of my customer the St Joseph cuvee caroline from domaine Cheze 2007…incroyable…

he was so happy he nearly ask me to marry him but i could see the wife was not going to have it…so i say

“c’est la vie” …till next time, remenber there is nothing serious about eating it should only be enjoyment and pleasure

life is too short not to have fun….
