Summer is really gone… yesterday we were kissed by the Sun and today whipped by the Cold Wind…But it’s not all doom and gloom! At L’Absinthe we offer you some good reasons to love even the coldest of the weather: our winter menu, featuring Onion Soup, Chicken Liver Parfait, Crepes Suzette, Tarte Tatin… add few glasses of good wine and the cold is suddenly bearable…
